James Henry, truly one of the most talented percussionists to date, teamed up the accomplished saxophonist Richard Howell to express their production, soulful groove song writing "chops" and vocal abilities. Hey, these guys can sing! Henry is very popular as a music educator, songwriter and producer. He has performed with George Howard, Art Blakely and Rick James to name only a few, the past three years has been active touring with Pablo Cruise and can be heard occasionally adding additional fire to the Bay Areas own Vivendo de Pao. James Henry simply grooves!.
Howell is songwriter, arranger, producer and multi-instrumentalist. Richard has performed or record with Etta James, Chaka Khan, Della Reese, Phoenix Horns Esq. and The Motels among others. One of the first call saxophonist in the Bay Area, very often he is called to perform overseas for European and African pop bands seeking production skills and Richard's saxophone sound and melodic sensibilities.
